Why did my opponent report a different result than what happened in our match?

The most common reason for this is that you played with more males than females in a coed 6’s league which is an automatic forfeit. This is referenced on the rules page.

Why does it show my team name next to “Teams with byes”?

Byes – We don’t have them. If your team shows in the system as having a bye, you are still on the schedule. What that means is you are in a league with an odd amount of teams. Therefore you are being paired up with a team from another division that also has an odd number for that hour. You will not be paired with a team that is more than 1 division difference. The match will still count on your record. This is done to prevent having to move a team to an inappropriate level for an entire season.
