We have several new faces at Volleyball Beach so we thought we’d take a moment to shine some light on two of our newest bartenders. They help make Volleyball Beach great and we couldn’t be happier to have Bret and Audrey join our Volleyball Beach family!
Bret started bartending at Volleyball Beach a few months ago after subbing for teams a few nights a week. “It’s such a fun atmosphere – I knew it would be a great place to work,” said Bret. His favorite part about working at Volleyball Beach is the people. “The players and my co-workers really make the day go by fast, easy, and fun,” said Bret.
Next time you’re looking for something cold to quench your thirst at the VBB Bar, ask Bret to mix one of his favorite bombs – the “Lindsey Bomb” – flavored vodka, Turbo, black cherry rum, grenadine and Monster!
His favorite part about the players at Volleyball Beach is getting to see them all the time. “The people here are consistent and extremely loyal,” said Bret. “I see players I consider to be friends every night I’m here – and meet new friends every time I work. It’s great to serve people that are having such a great time.”.
Another member of your cocktail staff is Audrey. Audrey grew up in Martin City and has been watching 
her parents play at VBB since she was little. “My parents started playing at Volleyball Beach when I was just two years old, and I started working here when I was 18,” said Audrey. “This place has always felt like family, it’s a unique bar to work at and I love that I can really get to know everyone on a personal level.”
Next time you’re at VBB and looking for a new drink to try, ask Audrey to mix up one of her favorite cocktails for you: the “Blake Bomb”! “It’s mixed with flavored vodka and you drink it like a shot,” said Audrey. According to Audrey, If she wasn’t working at Volleyball Beach, “I would definitely be playing here all the time!”
